Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has spacious rooms without unnecessary facilities like hot water or fast internet, but the service is friendly and helpful. It is centrally located and offers decent food options but may have early closings without explanation. The dining experience is excellent with a wide variety of foods to choose from.
The hotel has spacious and modern rooms with high payments but can be a little noisy at times. Although there is a strong scent from previous occupants, the cleanliness is maintained. The service provided was a mix of great assistance and occasional annoyance, especially when asking for accommodations, such as changing from a cot to a single bed. The location is very central and convenient for exploring Windhoek, with a few notable dining options although somewhat limited, especially for non-pork or non-beef eaters. The overall experience offers value for money but may have room for improvement in certain areas.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room lacked a door to the bathroom area, but being away from the elevator was a plus. The use of the lounge for breakfast, light dinner snacks, and drinks was convenient without any strict protocols.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that could use some refreshing, but the reception staff and porter deliver superb service. The executive lounge provides complimentary breakfast and a buffet dinner. However, there are areas needing improvement in service quality to meet a 5-star standard.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were large and well-appointed, perfect temperature, and felt luxurious and spacious. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and extremely accommodating. The location was a bonus with sufficient parking, although it was overcrowded on Saturday night. The dining experience was excellent with lots of options. Overall, a great value for the money.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though spacious and with a lovely view of the city, had an unusual layout for a city hotel. The breakfast choices were good, but being allocated a room after a long wait was a downside. The roof bar complemented the great view of the city nicely.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious with tea and coffee facilities, but felt a bit dark and depressing. The garden view from the balcony was lovely, though. The service could be more helpful and welcoming, and the location was convenient for exploring Windhoek. The dining experience offered delicious cuisine, but there were some areas that needed improvement. Overall, a mixed experience with both positive and negative aspects.
The room was spacious with a really good layout and consistent with Hilton's international standards. However, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the frosted glass door in our room did not shut properly.
